SUMMARY
This infographic-style self portrait aims to tell the story of my personality through the theme of the five external senses, captioned with ironic explanations that set an informal tone.
I created this piece for the course Digital Art and Technology. It was later featured in the 2024 VisCom Focus gallery at Ohio University.
PROCESS
I began with a composition sketch accompanied by two potential color palettes.
Using a reference image, I made a sketch in ibisPaintX and refined it as a vector illustration in Adobe Illustrator. The final rendering uses unconventional colors and textures to augment the tone established by the illustration and text.
